Please join us for some fun and fellowship as we celebrate National Nutrition Month's RD Day!
For this year's event we are planning to actively participate in a Zumba dance class. An instructor from the YMCA will be teaching us how to Zumba.
When: Wednesday, March 31st
Where: East Shore YMCA
Time: 5:30-6:30 class
Light refreshments will be provided immediately following class
What to Bring: towel, water bottle, sneakers, comfortable workout clothing.
